1 . What airlines are included in this program?

Most major airlines. All reservations must be made through the call center. Airline participation varies by market so selection of the airline is at the sole discretion of the call center based on availability.

2 . What cities can I fly to with this program?

There are over 100 cities within the U.S. the customer is able to fly to. They are listed on the airline certificate you will receive in the mail and include some attractive destinations like Las Vegas, Daytona Beach, Phoenix and more!

3 . Can I call the airline directly to use the Free Companion program?

No, all travel must be booked through our call center via the 800# provided on your certificate.  Please note that the call center for the Airline Companion Ticket has no affiliation with the SkyGuide Executive Privilege Club.

4 . Are there any fees I'm required to pay?

Yes. The Companion Fare tickets apply to the base fare only. Normal taxes and fees charged by the airlines will apply to both the Free Companion ticket and the first ticket.

5 . Are there a limited number of seats that are allocated for the Free Companion ticket program? Will I be able to get a seat if I call 1 month prior to my vacation versus 6 months prior?

Approximately 30% of the seats are allotted for the customer to use their Companion Fare tickets.

6 . Will I be able to pay by check for the cost of the first ticket?

Tickets must be purchased with a major credit card.

7 . Are there any restrictions on when I can travel?

Seasonal and holiday blackouts may apply. When you call to book your travel dates, the agent will inform you if any of those dates are blackouts and will arrange a different day or airline.

8 . Am I restricted to traveling on certain days of the week?

Besides blackout dates that could apply to the travel, there are no restrictions on what day you can fly. Monday-Sunday are all applicable days to fly unless there are blackout dates.

9 . Is there a Saturday-night stay or advance purchase requirement?

There may be Friday or Saturday night stay requirement—please check with the agent when calling for reservations. Reservations should be made within 6 months of travel, but must be purchased at least 14 days in advance.

10 . Are the prices on the zone chart the actual fares?

The prices are the average/suggested fares for the initial coach class ticket - the companion ticket is complimentary.  Pricing will vary up or down depending on airline capacity, availability, and time of booking.  Tickets are available for coach class only in the continental United States.

11 . Is there a minimum stay requirement?

No, there is no minimum stay requirement, but there may be a Friday or Saturday night stay. Check with the agent when purchasing your tickets.

12 . How long will it take to receive my activated certificate?

You should allow 10-14 days for processing and receipt of your activated certificate.

13 . Can I call the airline directly to use the Free Airline Companion Ticket?
